Went in for a late lunch. it was quiet. Food arrived in good time and was delicious 6/11/25 - Went for a relatively early lunch today and as always excellent service from the dedicated team and great food.
I'm going to keep this one short but this place has some very very good tasting burgers. I feel for the Wendy's next door because this place blows them out of the water. The incredibly fresh meat friendly people serving you and it's a very good place to eat.
Burgerville never diappoints & has been a life long favorite for me! I personally have yet to find fish & chips as good as theirs, and thats saying a lot. I have tried fish & chips all up the Oregon & Washington coast & would choose Burgerville's over all of them every time! The only time they've done me wrong is when they forgot a sauce or two. They also have amazing chicken tenders, shakes & the classic cheeseburger is like no other! Unfortunately, with inflation it has become more of a rare treat for myself & family. Now I want fish & chips! Thanks a lot google

So yummy!!! . Both myself and child thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food I ordered to go. My five yr old sony boy loved the papas! I'm really happy I made a last minute decision and skipped the grocery store after work earlier today and chose our neighborhood Burgerville. Y'all rock!:):) Thank you all so much for your service!
Really decent burgers and fries. Nothing really wrong with any of it. The dining area was clean, the bathroom was fine, and had no issues with my order. The burgers didn't stand out above other fast food burgers, but the shakes were pretty good. If I needed a quick bite, I'd say Burgerville is a good choice.
Service is great, but the wait time for my order exceeded 5 minutes.
The employee, Aurora was not personable. After waiting over 20 minutes, watching 6 to 8 drive thru customers receive there orders and drive away while I was still waiting for my food. I requested a refund, it was only then the manager on duty Toni B. gave a very horrible explanation regarding why the drive thru orders were being prioritized over the dine in orders. She explained it was shift change. When you work in fast food, and there are over 6 customers in the dinning area either waiting for there food or waiting to order, SHIFT CHANGE SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING! Drive thru SHOULD NOT be a priority. I will not be returning to this location, fast food is not waiting over 20 minutes for your food.
